Job Title: Permanent Nurse - Days
Location: Sandy, Bedfordshire
Salary: £20 per hour, 36hrs per week
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse with strong clinical skills to join our nursing home team close to Sandy, Bedfordshire. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being. Responsibilities include administering medication, managing care plans, and working collaboratively with the healthcare team. The role requires excellent communication skills, compassion, and a commitment to providing the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor medication and treatments.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Provide clinical support and supervision to care staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification. - RMN or RGN
- Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
- Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
