Situated in a peaceful residential area just minutes from Chesterfield town centre, this home features spacious lounges, landscaped gardens, and en-suite bedrooms, all designed to create a comforting, homely atmosphere for up to 35 residents. It provides tailored care for individuals with complex nursing needs, dementia, and age-related conditions, and is backed by a highly experienced regional support team.

Your Role as Home Manager:
- Take full operational responsibility for the home’s performance, both clinical and commercial
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (CQC, H&S, Safeguarding)
- Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
- Oversee care planning, quality assurance, medication management, and resident wellbeing
- Build strong relationships with families, the local authority, and healthcare professionals
- Drive occupancy, manage budgets and resources effectively, and ensure profitability

What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Nursing Home Manager OR strong Deputy looking to step up
- Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with active NMC PIN preferred, but not essential
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and clinical governance
- Proven leadership, staff management, and budget handling experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm and confident approach
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of older people
