Requirements:
• Active NMC PIN and registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centred care.
• Experience in a care home, hospital, or similar healthcare setting is desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• A compassionate, caring approach to supporting elderly and vulnerable residents.
Your Role:
As a Night Nurse, you'll provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and medical needs are met throughout the night. You will:
• Conduct regular health checks and administer medications.
• Manage and respond to any emergencies or medical concerns.
• Support residents with their night-time routines and provide comfort and reassurance.
• Work closely with the care team to create a safe and supportive environment.
• Ensure care plans are followed and documentation is accurately maintained.
