Claire at Amber Mace is currently working alongside a fantastic provider, who are looking for RMN to work nights within their specialist mental health service, situated in Burton on Trent.
This specialist mental health unit provides the highest standards of care in a safe and comforting environment. They take a person centred approach to ensure that all the needs and wishes of the service users are taken into account and catered for at all times and they have a real focus on the person rather than their condition.
The home has a wonderful staff team who truly care about the welfare of the service users, this is a warm and welcoming service and really is a wonderful place to work!
The Role:
• Delivering excellent, person-centred care at all times
• Compliance to CQC standards
• To take responsibility for the safeguarding of adults
• To be responsible for quality nursing assessment and care
• Create and maintain care plans
• Administer medication
Skills/ Qualifications:
• Hold a current RMN PIN
• Have previous experience working with Challenging behaviour, Detention under Mental Health act and head / Brain Injury.
• A commitment to patient-centred care and to values-based and evidence-based practice
