Job Title: Registered Night Nurse (RGN/RMN)
Salary: £19 per hour
Location: Mold, Flintshire
Shift Pattern: Nights - 36 hours per week

This role requires an Enhanced DBS and must be eligible to register with CIW

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality care that meets clinical standards and assists the Nurse Manager.
• Build strong relationships with the care team, external agencies, and multidisciplinary partners such as GPs, specialist nurses, and social services.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-admission assessments and ensure care is planned with resident input.
• Oversee and regularly review residents' care plans, updating as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with CIW and NMC guidelines, including medication management.
• Act as a Link Nurse in designated areas of care.
• Supervise and support Health Care Assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
• Contribute to the quality assurance process and help develop and improve services.
• Ensure efficient resource management and compliance with the Care Standards Act 2000.
• Monitor health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Key Qualifications and Skills:
• Active NMC registration and compliance with the NMC Code of Conduct.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and infection control regulations.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, and supervising staff, including conducting appraisals and identifying training needs.
• Ability to contribute to quality assurance processes and the development of care services.
