Job: Care Home Manager
Salary: £65k + bonus!
Location: Near Cirencester
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Home Manager to join the team at a large residential service situated on the outskirts of Cirencester. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a proven track record of managerial excellence within the healthcare sector, particularly in managing large services, alongside maintaining good CQC reports.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and professionalism.
Implement and monitor effective care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Manage budgets, resources, and facilities efficiently to ensure the smooth running of the care home.
Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, promoting open communication and transparency.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as a Care Home Manager, preferably within a large residential service.
Demonstrable success in achieving and maintaining good CQC reports.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and empower a diverse team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
A commitment to upholding the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
