Deputy Manager

Salary: £15.30 per hour
Hours: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join our Clients dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the home, providing leadership and support to staff, and ensuring the highest quality of care for the residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and support the care team to deliver exceptional care.
• Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
• Oversee care plans and ensure they are up-to-date and reflective of residents' needs.
• Handle any resident or family concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both residents and staff.
Requirements:
• Hold a Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role within a nursing home.
• At least one year of experience caring for residents living with dementia.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
