Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Care Manager in the overall management of the home.
• Oversee and coordinate care planning and implementation.
• Supervise and support care staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the home.
• Manage administrative tasks related to resident care and staff management.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a senior care role within a residential setting.
• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in care provision.
