Amber Mace are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Lead to join a fantastic team in Plymouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to the clinical team
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Monitor and improve the quality of care provided
- Conduct regular staff training and development
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC pin
- Proven experience in a clinical leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to maintaining high clinical standards
