Location: Mansfield
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Full-time, Permanent

Are you a passionate and experienced Children’s Registered Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and make a real difference in young lives? We are seeking a Registered Manager with proven Ofsted experience to oversee our client's children’s residential home.

As a Children’s Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care for the young people in our clients home. You will lead and support your team, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, and promoting a person-centred approach that meets the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the home meets Ofsted standards and maintains a Good or Outstanding rating.
Provide strong leadership and management to staff, promoting a nurturing and safe environment.
Develop and implement care plans that focus on person-centred support.
Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and compliance with Children’s Home Regulations.
Work collaboratively with external agencies, local authorities, and families to achieve the best outcomes for children.
Manage budgets, staffing, and ensure efficient operation of the home.

Requirements:
MUST have previous experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager in a children’s home.
Proven experience in achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
A thorough understanding of Ofsted regulations, Children’s Home Regulations 2015, and safeguarding procedures.
Experience in providing person-centred care for children with complex needs.
Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
