Care Home Manager – Residential Home | Marlborough | Up to £65,000 per annum
Are you a passionate and experienced leader in residential care? We’re looking for a dedicated Care Home Manager to lead our well-established residential care home in the beautiful town of Marlborough.
The Role:
As Care Home Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the day-to-day running of our residential home, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and a warm, supportive environment for residents and staff alike.
You will lead a committed team, drive continuous improvement, and build strong relationships with families, the local community, and external partners. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about care and confident in managing a home to high standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing a residential care home (essential)
Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management in Health & Social Care (essential)
A strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practices in elderly care
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care
