Telesales Executive
Up to £24 depending on experience
Monday – Friday working

Amber Mace are working with an independent organisation that provides software and consultancy service for care providers up and down the country. We are looking for an experienced sales executive to join their offices based in Nottingham. You will receive full training on their products and services, but you must have the ability to build good working relationships and be target driven.

What are the Job Responsibilities
• Qualify the customer and make appointments for field staff to attend meetings to further explain the products and services
• Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
• Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
• Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
• Making outbound sales calls to cold, as well as warm qualified leads
• Hit monthly sales targets.

• Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
• A full UK driving licence
• Minimum of 1 year within a sales/telesales role
