Fiona at Amber Mace is currently recruiting for a Care Team Leader to join the team at a medium sized Residential Home that provides care and support for the elderly. The home is well established and has a good reputation within North West London. You will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of care assistants ensuring that all residents receive the highest standards of care possible.

The role of Care Team Leader:
• Creating and managing staff rotas and timesheets
• Ensure the implementation of high standards of care
• Develop own knowledge and practice relative to continuous service improvement
• Supervise and mentor the care assistant team
• Supervise the induction and training of new starters

Skills/Qualifications required of the Care Team Leader:
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a senior role within a care home
• Experience working with the elderly
• Ideally NVQ Level 3, or at least NVQ Level 2, but willing to undertake NVQ Level 3
