Staff Nurse – £19.00 per hour! Nights

Amber Mace are currently recruiting for some hard-working, dynamic and caring Staff Nurses to join a well-renowned care company in a nursing home in Evesham. The home provides nursing and residential care for the elderly, some of whom are living with dementia or sensory impairment.

You will be joining an active, multi-disciplinary team who are dedicated to providing the highest standards of residential and nursing care. You will be required to make appropriate contributions and clinical assessments by providing individualised care for the patients or residents.

As Staff Nurse, you will be required to:
• Assess patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload
• Assist in the delivery of care to meet individual’s health and wellbeing needs
• Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information
• Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others
• Promote best practices as a Staff Nurse – RGN in health and safety and security
• Assist in maintaining and developing services
• Contribute to quality improvement
• Promote peoples equality, diversity and rights
• Work autonomously with minimum supervision
• Applying clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied patient case mixes

Requirements for the Staff Nurse role:
• You should be a qualified Nurse with a valid UK NMC pin (RGN or RMN)
• Excellent communication skills
• Have knowledge of current Care Standards, Legislation & Initiatives
• To be able to build and maintain professional relationships with staff teams and nurses, GPs, social workers and residents
• Have experience working in a similar care environment

In return, my client is offering an hourly rate of £19p/h and an excellent benefits package.
