Amber Mace is currently looking for a Staff Nurse to join the team at a passionate and welcoming care facility in Leeds. The home is beautifully decorated providing a warm and homely environment to all it cares for. My client is looking for a qualified nurse to provide excellent standards of nursing and residential care for elderly residents including those living with dementia.
What the role involves:
• Ensuring the well-being of all residents both long term and short term
• ascertaining that their physical, emotional and social needs are met
• Implementing personalised assessments and developing care plans to match each resident’s needs
• Providing exceptional levels of care to all service users
• Regularly analysing risk factors and working in conjunction with other health professionals to modify care plans as appropriate
• Liaising effectively with all actively
• Be dedicated to continuous professional development
What you’ll need:
• Valid Nursing PIN
• 2 years’ experience working in a nursing home (desirable but not essential)
