Role:
• Creating and managing staff rotas and timesheets
• Ensure the implementation of high standards of care for all using the service
• Develop own knowledge and practice relative to continuous service improvement
• Maintain and share evidence based records and reports
• Assist service manager in forming individual care plans
• Manage administration of medication
• Ensure CQC compliance
• Supervise and mentor the support worker team
Requirements:
• NVQ Level 2/3
• MINIMUM 1 years' experience at management or supervisory level
• Punctual and self-motivated
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Empathetic and caring nature
• Person-centred approach to care delivery
