Are you an experienced Occupational Health Manager looking for a new role working with a fantastic Occupational Health company in Telford?

My client is looking for an experienced Nurse Manager to join their team, responsible for providing high quality occupational health nursing service. You would oversee management of the team of OH staff and oversee all training for CPD for the nursing staff. This role is office based (Telford office) with the occasional work from home day available.

Role duties:
• Coordinate daily activities and monitor performance
• Provide clinical supervision arrangements for all staff
• Responsible for interviews, inductions, training and appraisals
• Work closely alongside the General Manager to provide the best possible service
• Responsible for nurse staffing budget
• Monitor staff sickness and nurse workload
• Identify, influence and implement improvements to the service

Qualifications and skills:
• Occupational Health Qualification
• NMC registered
• Previous managerial experience (minimum 3 years)
• Experience managing an OH department
• Organisation, management, communication and presentations skills
• Microsoft office proficient
