Senior Care Assistant- Wakefield
£9.32 per hour
Days – Full time

A fully compliant residential care home rated ‘GOOD’ by the CQC has a vacancy for a Senior Care assistant to join the team at this fantastic elderly service. As a senior care assistant, you should have your NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and have previous care experience, ideally in an elderly care home.

Main Duties for Senior Care Assistant?
• Supporting and supervising the care team
• Developing therapeutic or beneficial relationships with residents/colleagues
• Delivering high standards of person-centred care
• Attend regular meetings
• Help maintain cleanliness and tidiness of home
• Support the Home Manager in implementing personalised care plans, and reviewing and monitoring these on a regular basis

Role Requirements for Senior Care Assistant?
• NVQ Level 3 essential
• Experience working in elderly/dementia care
• Excellent communication & organisational skills
