Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join a luxury care provider renowned for its excellent reputation in the care sector within the North Kent / London borders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Senior Care Assistant within an elderly care home setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Administer medication safely and efficiently.
- Develop and write comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Deliver exceptional standards of personal care to residents.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.

- Strong experience in administering medication and writing care plans.
