Amber Mace are looking for an experienced Nurse Qualified Home Manager to join a progressive, well established and reputable provider of elderly/dementia care.

Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Overall Management of the Home
• A “hands on” manager, leading by example and able to implement a positive culture within their team
• An NMC Registered Nurse RGN/RMN (non-essential but preferred)
• A strong leader with excellent communication skills
• Have previous experience working within an Elderly Dementia care home
• Ensuring CQC Compliance & Improvement
• Recruitment and induction of staff
