Role: RGN
Salary: £19-£20.50ph (dependent upon experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week including paid breaks & handovers! (3 shifts per week)
Service: Care home with Nursing for the elderly

Holly at Amber Mace is currently recruiting for an RGN to join the team at a privately owned home based in Stanton Drew that cares for their elderly residents.
If you're a registered nurse who has a naturally caring nature then this could be the perfect role for you! You will be joining a friendly and hardworking team who always ensures their residents physical, social and emotional needs are a top priority.
The role involves:
• Providing a high standard of care to the elderly, some of whom are living with disabilities of varying severity
• Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement
• Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
• Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress
• Accepting personal and shared responsibility for the maintenance of quality nursing care for all patients as part of a multidisciplinary team
Skills/ Qualifications required for the position:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards
• A commitment to patient-centred care and to values-based and evidence-based practice
• Valid nurse pin, RGN preferred
