Key Responsibilities:
-Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
-Administer medications and treatments, ensuring the utmost safety and accuracy.
-Monitor and assess residents' health conditions, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
-Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Qualifications:
-Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
-Demonstrated clinical competency and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
-Prior experience in a nursing home or similar setting is preferred.
