Residential Home Manager (Mental Health)

Up to £45k + 10% annual bonus

Amber Mace are currently recruiting for a Manager to work within a brand new service in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire. The home is due to be opened later in the year and will specialise in care for residents with mental health disorders, some of whom have a forensic history.

As manager, you will be joining an expanding organisation with a strong support network of regional managers and quality directors. You will be responsible for the recruitment of a brand new staff team, prior to the opening of the home.

We are looking for an experienced manager with a background working within mental health residential care homes.

About you:
• You will be a compassionate leader and fantastic listener
• You will have the ability to effectively communicate
• A strong leader with the ability to implement new structures and procedures
• You will have at least 5 years’ experience working within management roles in the health and social sector
• Strong experience working with complex mental health diagnosis
• Level 5 in leadership and Management (or equiv.)
• Full UK driving License
• Excellent awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice
