Role: Residential Home Manager
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 (Monday to Friday, with possible overtime)

Key Responsibilities:
As a Residential Home Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Leadership: Providing strong leadership to our care team, ensuring they deliver outstanding care to the residents.
• Compliance: Utilising your level 5 CQC knowledge to maintain strict compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Operational Excellence: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, including staffing, budget management, and resource allocation.
• Quality Care: Ensuring that the care provided aligns with our proven track record of excellence.
• Team Development: Mentoring and developing our staff to provide the best possible care to the residents.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance the quality of care.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in managing care homes with a history of achieving high-quality care standards.
• Level 5 CQC Knowledge: Strong knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and management abilities to motivate and inspire your team.
• Desire to Excel: An ambition to manage homes in Sheffield and achieve excellence, with the opportunity to earn a rewarding £5000.
