The position of Registered Manager has become available at this purpose-built, residential care home situated in the heart of Nottingham. The home is registered to provide Residential and Dementia care and has also consistently been awarded Good CQC ratings with good achieved across all 5 CQC inspection areas.

The home has been awarded the Dementia Quality Mark for the past 10 years and is rated as a Band 5 service with Nottinghamshire County Council. The home has recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment project of all indoor communal areas as well as all outdoor facilities creating a new sensory garden space and secure courtyard for residents and families.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager to work within a modern, luxury residential home with a lovely homely feel with excellent staff retention. The home manager will be supported by a full time, supernumerary deputy manager and care coordinator. My client is looking for somebody who has experience working in a large residential home setting, who will go above and beyond for the home and plans to settle in this role.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Proven management experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years' experience managing elderly care homes with a record of positive CQC reports.
• CQC legislation knowledge.
• Manage all aspects of the home's operations ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Work with members of the management team to provide a high-quality service to ensure each residents' individual needs are met.
• Have a strong commercial and business acumen.
• Always present yourself and the Home in a positive and professional manner.
• Hold a Level 5 Management qualification.
