A Dementia and Elderly nursing home are looking for experienced RGN/RMN to join their team. The home is a large service offering Nursing, Residential Dementia, Nursing Dementia and Palliative Care, so I am looking for a candidate who has experience in this area. The home is a beautifully decorated, luxury home surrounded by beautiful gardens and they pride themselves on offering a first class service.
What the role involves:
• Ensuring the well-being of all residents both long term and short term
• ascertaining that their physical, emotional and social needs are met
• Implementing personalised assessments and developing care plans to match each resident’s needs
• Providing exceptional levels of care to all service users
• Regularly analysing risk factors and working in conjunction with other health professionals to modify care plans as appropriate
• Liaising effectively with all actively
• Be dedicated to continuous professional development
What you’ll need:
• Valid Nursing PIN
• 2 years’ experience working in a nursing home
