Position: Registered Nurse
Location: Clitheroe
Salary: £16.02p/h
Hours: 37 hours

Amber Mace are working with an established organisation to help them find a Registered nurse for their home in Clitheroe. The care home offers nursing and residential care for elderly and younger adults with mental health conditions.

What the role involves:
• Ensuring the well-being of all residents both long term and short term
• ascertaining that their physical, emotional and social needs are met
• Implementing personalised assessments and developing care plans to match each resident’s needs
• Providing exceptional levels of care to all service users
• Regularly analysing risk factors and working in conjunction with other health professionals to modify care plans as appropriate
• Liaising effectively with all actively
• Be dedicated to continuous professional development
What you’ll need:
• Valid Nursing PIN
• Up to date clinical skills
