Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum
Service Type: Residential Care (Medium-Sized Service)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Registered Manager to lead a well-established, medium-sized residential care service in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and driving continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a dedicated team to provide outstanding care and support to residents.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the residential service
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
• Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary staff team
• Promote a positive, person-centred culture within the service
• Manage budgets and resources effectively
• Maintain high standards of care, safety, and wellbeing for all residents
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, professionals, and external stakeholders
• Take responsibility for safeguarding and ensure appropriate procedures are followed
• Prepare for and manage inspections, ensuring the service is always audit-ready
• Drive continuous improvement and implement service development plans

Requirements
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a residential setting
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and inspection processes (e.g. CQC)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Ability to manage change and drive service improvements
