A small residential home which offers care to young adults in Kettering are currently seeking an experienced and committed care professional to become the Registered Manager of this residential home.
This role is with a leading care provider within Northamptonshire, and the ideal candidate for this role must be an experienced manager and must have a proven track record of working in young adults services.

About the Service and Role:
The service specialises in individualised care programmes for young people with a variety of needs including learning disabilities and difficulties.
The home is CQC registered and as registered manager, you will manage every aspect of the care provision and ensure an outstanding level of service for those under your care.
You should have considerable experience of working with young people and adults with complex needs and / or mental health, CQC Care experience and successful experience in improving CQC outcomes and supporting staff who work with challenging behaviour. Job Requirements:
• Develop and monitor the implementation of person-centred care through the company’s services
• To maintain accurate records, statistics and write reports in line with the organisation and regulatory bodies including CQC
• Ensure the health and safety of staff and service users
• Ensure all care staff adhere to external regulations and standards
• Recruitment, training and performance management/support
• Financial administration, ensuring effective budgeting and staffing
• Assessment of care plans
•Provide excellent leadership and management

About you:
• Previous management experience
• Positive, enthusiastic and approachable
• NVQ Level 5 is essential
• Ability to make decisions and use initiative
• Driving License and Access to Car would be ideal
