Role: Registered Manager
Salary: up to £38k
Location: Bath
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday

Role Requirements:
• Strong managerial skills
• Level 5 NVQ in Health & Social Care (desirable)
• Exceptional knowledge and understanding of CQC guidelines and standards of care
• Experience in domiciliary care setting
Role:
• Ensure that all care is assessed, planned, allocated, delivered and evaluated in line with procedures
• Oversee team and care given to service users
• Ensure CQC standards and guidelines are met
• Manage recruitment, training and induction for new starters
