Registered Home Manager – Chesterfield
Salary: £56,000 per annum (OTE £66,000)
Hours: 40 per week

What you’ll bring
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Registered or Home Manager (essential)
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (essential)
- A strong background in care (5+ years’ experience)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A positive, resident-first attitude that inspires your team
- Access to your own vehicle and willingness to be part of the on-call rota
