Job Title: Registered Manager for Supported Living Services
Location: Gloucester, UK
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Amber Mace is recruiting for a Registered Manager for a reputable and dedicated provider of support services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex care needs. We are committed to delivering high-quality care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being. Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to oversee four supported living services in the Gloucester area.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide strong leadership to a team of dedicated support staff across the four supported living services.
-Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
-Develop and implement effective operational strategies to enhance service delivery.
-Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
-Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure individualized care plans are effective and person-centered.
-Recruit, train, and supervise support staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
-Foster a positive and inclusive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Requirements:
-Hold a relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care)
-Strong leadership and management abilities, with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams.
-Demonstrable experience in managing supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex care needs.
-In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards governing the care and support of vulnerable adults.
-Ideally experience of a CQC inspection.
