Position: Registered General Nurse (Nights)
Location: Morecambe
Salary: £18ph
Hours: 33 hours
Shifts: Various Shifts Available

My Client are looking for an RGN to join their small, yet well-established home in Morecambe. The home provides general nursing for those with dementia and physical disability, in a homely environment. They need an experienced nurse to join their current staff to work the night shift.

What the role involves:
• Ensuring the well-being of all residents both long term and short term
• ascertaining that their physical, emotional and social needs are met
• Implementing personalised assessments and developing care plans to match each resident’s needs
• Providing exceptional levels of care to all service users
• Regularly analysing risk factors and working in conjunction with other health professionals to modify care plans as appropriate
• Liaising effectively with all actively
• Be dedicated to continuous professional development

What you’ll need:
• Valid Nursing PIN (RGN)
• Valid Clinical Experience
