The home is a purpose built care home that provides round the clock care for the elderly, some of whom are living with dementia situated in Woolton. The home is surrounded by private gardens and is very peaceful for the residents. The home is warm and friendly and would welcome any Nurses who have a great attitude and really want to make a difference, their aim is to ensure the best possible quality of life for all residents.

Duties for Staff Nurse Include:
• Providing a high standard of care to residents
• Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement
• Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
• Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress
• Accepting personal and shared responsibility for the maintenance of quality nursing care
