Are you a Regional Manager looking for that break into a Senior Management role?
My client is looking for a Regional Manager to fill a Regional Director role mainly covering Scotland. Your role will be to oversee the operational, care management for the company's nursing homes as well as supporting the current Registered managers.
You will work with the Senior Management team to help build and create clinical excellence within their services. This role is perfect for someone with a strong clinical background that enjoys troubleshooting and monitoring quality and compliance.
Job Requirements:
• To oversee the clinical aspects for the company
• To manage, develop and evaluate all aspects of service provision in homes
• To feedback to the Operations Director and the Board
• To review/implement operational policies and procedures of the company.
• To provide management support to Area Managers
• To review clinical audits/improvement plans
The successful individual will need to be:
• Management and leadership qualifications
• Experience of working with an elderly care setting
• Clear understanding of CQC and regulations
• Confident in leading a team and providing training and support
• Troubleshooting / Recovery experience within the care sector
The Successful candidate will receive:
• Salary of up to £80,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Suitable Regional Director Candidates should have worked as: Commissioning Managers, Regional Managers, Multi-site Managers and have knowledge of elderly care, nursing home management and dementia care.
