Position: Quality Improvement Manager
location: West Midlands
Salary: £45 -50k per annum PLUS car allowance
Services: Nursing Homes
Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Improvement Manager to join an exclusive care provider who manages nursing and residential services across the West Midlands.
The successful candidate will be an experienced people manager with excellent communication skills that is capable of leading and motivating a team. As Quality Improvement manager overseeing services within the West Midlands area. You will provide effective support and consistent leadership to Management teams and ensure high quality service delivery and business outcomes within safe and effective environments.
Job Requirements:
Staff management/appraisals/Training
Strong management experience
Proven track record of supporting services with improvement
Good experience of auditing care services
Budgets/care plans/reviews/meetings
Multi-site management.
Must have multi -site management experience
Drivers licence is ESSENTIAL
Skills/ Qualifications:
Previous experience in multi-site management.
Ability to manage a region
Show good proof of previous working relationships
Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
NVQ Level 5 or equivalent
