Quality & Compliance Care Manager-£35k
Area – Wetherby
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality and compliance Manager to join an exclusive care provider who provide care out in the community in and around the Wetherby area/ North Leeds area.
The successful candidate will be an experienced people manager with excellent communication skills that is capable of leading and motivating a team. As Quality and Compliance manager you will provide effective support and consistent leadership to Management teams and ensure high quality service delivery and business outcomes within safe and effective environments.
Job Requirements:
Support the Director of Care and Registered Manager in meeting demands of the business.
To review/implement operational policies and procedures of the company.
Perform detailed audits of resident care files, including review of judgments made concerning individuals care needs.
Auditing all services in line with CQC KLOE requirements
Keeping up to date with latest regulatory requirements
Experience of working in regulated settings and the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements relating to quality standards, systems and processes
Analysis of KPI
Collating of positive outcomes from services
What you will need:
A good understanding of market oversight and quality assurance functions
High level of written/oral skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to present information and findings to a wide range of audiences
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to develop relationships, with both service providers and key stakeholders and people who use the services.
Be motivated, and able to work on own initiative and plan and organise own workload
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing demands to meet the needs of the service
Ability to provide guidance and advice to service providers to develop good practice to comply with quality standards
Over 2 years experience working within a management post within the care sector
You will be committed to providing the highest care standards.
Must have a driving licence and be willing to travel
Knowledge of quality standards
CQC legislation knowledge
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
