**Work as a People/Operations Support Manager for a highly regarded care provider in the Midlands!**

Amber Mace are currently recruiting for an experienced manager to join a luxury healthcare provider based in Sleaford. As people support manager, you will oversee the day to day running of the support services based at Head Office including, recruritment, people engagement, HR, Finance, payroll and IT.

• You will take an active approach in redevelopment of the business
• You will have a key role in the recruitment, onboarding and engagement of the staff team
• Monitor staff engagement and retention
• Manage occupancy within the care services
• Improve staff turnover, moral and implement positive company cultures.
• Strong understanding of all HR processes
• Proven ability leading managing and leading a large team
• Strong business acumen
