Operations (General) Manager – Interim – £41kp/a

Role: Operations Manager
Location: Malmesbury, Wiltshire
Salary: £41k (per annum/pro rata)
Term: Interim 9-12 months
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday (however must be flexible on occasion)

Charlotte at Amber Mace is currently recruiting for the Operations Manager, working for a well-established health care provider. The Operations Manager is responsible for the promotion and running of a retirement living complex with a number of independent flats for the elderly. Business and operational skills are essential, but critically your personal values are truly what matters in this role.

The main purpose of the role is the operational management and development of the scheme. You will be required to manage housing and tenancy packages along with managing the onsite Manager and Care coordinator and a multidisciplinary team.

What we can offer you:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £41,000 per annum (pro rata) with competitive benefits such as a pension scheme, 33 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays) free DBS and many more! This is a full time role over a 37.5 hour week.

What we’d like from you:
• Ideally a Registered Managers Award or NVQ Level 5 or above in Health & Social Care
• Worked in a Care setting before at Operations or management level
• Experience of working with the elderly
• An effective communicator
• Strong business acumen
