Role: Occupational Health Advisor
Location: Nottingham and surrounding areas
Salary: £42-45k + £400/month Car Allowance + Mileage
Ready to make a real impact in the South of Wales or Avon area? If you’re an experienced OH Advisor, this peripatetic role offers autonomy, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to deliver quality care across a range of client sites. You'll be covering Nottingham and surrounding areas, with the occasional travel further afield when required. You'll be on site up to 3 times a week, with the remaining time working from home.
The Role
- Maximum 6 cases per day – manageable caseloads to ensure quality care
- Deliver a full Occupational Health remit across a wide range of sectors
- Provide case management, health surveillance, fitness-for-work assessments and wellbeing support
- Conduct pre-placement reviews and risk assessments, supporting clients with preventative strategies
- Work peripatetically across client sites in Nottingham and surrounding areas

What You’ll Need
- Valid NMC registration
- Ideally a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health – OR significant OH experience
- Strong case management experience
- Able to work independently and manage a varied workload
- Confident, professional, and adaptable
