Amber Mace are currently working with a fantastic OH Provider in Essex who are looking for anOH Clinical Manager to join their team. This role will be 40% clinical work, 60% management. Role:
• Cover the Essex area, including travelling to sites such as Dagenham and Dunton
• Support the delivery of case management, health surveillance, treatment & emergency response services, health screening and health promotion
• Lead and manage a regional team of OHAs and OHTs
• This role will be 40% clinical work, 60% management
• Motivate, inspire and lead by example
• Oversee the full remit of OH including case management, fitness for work, health surveillance, emergency response and treatments
• Monitor staff performance, achieve financial targets, staff recruitment and performance management
• Client account management
• Provide both clinical and operational advice
• Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders and identify business development opportunities

Requirements:
• RGN, OH qualification
• Experience in delivering OH services to a wide range of sectors
• People management experience
• UK driving license
• You will be required to provide late and night shift cover occasionally
