Role: OH Admin Team Leader
Salary: £22.5k
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours)
Location: Oxford (with occasional regional travel)

Role
• This is a supervisory role of admin staff, including the training and performance
• On-site diary management, including coordination of clinical appointments and health surveillance programmes
• You and your team will be the first point of contact and direct customer liaison for all client related customer requests and enquires
• Address customer issues promptly and within agreed timescales
• Process, format and proof read management reports, including preparation of monthly statistics
• Collation and coordination of customer feedback to continually grow the business

Requirements:
• People management skills
• OH Admin experience
• The successful candidate will be experienced in managing their own time and diary efficiently
• Full, clean driving licence
