Role: Occupational Therapist
Salary: £22-31k (depending on experience
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday)
Location: Leeds

Amber Mace are working with fantastic company looking for an OT to join their team within a dynamic service. My client provide a full recovery focused pathway through Low Secure, Enhanced, Locked and Open Rehabilitation for adult women who experience mental illness and personality disorders.

Role:
• Manage own case load
• Support service users using activities to promote health, wellbeing and functional living skills
• Create, implement and evaluate care plans for individual service users
• Analyse, adapt and grade activities for specific therapeutic needs
• Support, organise and lead therapeutic groups, using positive risk taking to maximise potential

Requirements:
• Degree in Occupational Therapy
• HCPC registered
• Great understanding of Mental Health
• 2 years post-graduation experience is desirable, preferably in mental health
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication skills
