Amber Mace is working with an established Occupational Health provider looking to expand their team of Occupational Health Advisors on a client site in Plymouth. Our client provides effective service and advice on work related issues and health surveillance programmes.

Your role will include:
• You will conduct health surveillance and provide reports
• Provide fitness for work reports
• Evidence based case management services for referrals (relating to attendance)
• You will provide assessments and screening, reporting the outcomes in line with our clients procedures
• Provide clear advice regarding health and wellbeing
• Conduct pre-placement reviews, and fitness for work reports when required.
• Provide other OH services where required such as vaccinations, travel health services, ergonomic advice or health promotion for the clients
• This role will consist of 50% safety critical medicals&health surveillance (including D&A screening), 30% walk-in treatment/telephone OH advice and 20% case management.

Requirements:
• Registered General Nurse, NMC registered
• You must hold a valid NMC Pin
• For this position, you are required to hold an Occupational Health Qualification (degree/diploma), with experience in providing general medicals and health surveillance
• The ability to administer vaccines and provide travel health services is ideal
