Role: Occupational Health Advisor
Salary: £42k pro-rata
Hours: Part time (15 hours) – Fixed Term 3 month contract
Location: Litchfield

Amber Mace are working with a fast growing company looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their team on a 3 month fixed term contract. Our client is a leading provider within the food market, looking to implement preventative Occupational Health services to provide an ‘enjoyable place to work’. Role duties:
• Provide health surveillance and health monitoring programmes
• You will be responsible for pre-employment reviews
• You will provide health and wellbeing advice to employees
• Monitor sickness absence, and implement changes to reduce this.
• You will work alongside the HR team
• Ensure first aid supplies are maintained, and first aiders are trained
• Work alongside the H&S Manager when required
• When required, home visits to staff with long term sickness may be required, alongside HR
• Manage and maintain medical records, and provide reports when required

Qualifications:
• RGN qualified
• Occupational health qualification (minimum Diploma in Occupational Health)
• Previous experience in the food manufacturing business would be ideal
• Organisation and interpersonal skills
• IT proficient
• Awareness and understanding of Health and Safety legislation
