If you are a qualified Nurse who is looking for continual development and support from your employer then look no further. I am working with a great care provider who are looking for a Nurse to join the team working 3 night shifts within their care home.
This medium sized privately owned nursing home is situated in Ulverston, on the edge of The Lake District. The home its self boasts a great local reputation and this is down to the hard work and caring nature of the staff they employ. The home is warm and friendly and would welcome any Nurses who have a great attitude and really want to make a difference.

The ideal candidate will;
• Have a nursing qualification
• Have a positive attitude towards improving Standards of Care.
• Works well as part of a team.

Duties for Staff Nurse Include:
• Providing a high standard of care to residents
• Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement
• Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
• Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress
• Accepting personal and shared responsibility for the maintenance of quality nursing care
