Position: Interim Operations Manager £55k Pro Rata

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Interim Operations Manager to join an exclusive care provider who manages Nursing services for the Elderly.
The successful candidate will be an experienced people manager with excellent communication skills that is capable of leading and motivating a team. As Interim Operations Manager you will be overseeing 3 services within the Birmingham area. You will assist the home managers as well as be a representative of finance, purchasing and quality. You will have experience of working as a senior manager within the care sector.
Troubleshooting in a select number of services across the Region.
Working in Elderly Care
Previous experience in multi-site management.
Ability to manage a region
Nursing pin preferred not essential
Show good proof of previous working relationships
Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
NVQ Level 5 or equivalent
Salary £55k pro rata
