Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Interim Operations Manager to join an exclusive care provider who manages Nursing services for the Elderly.

The successful candidate will be an experienced people manager with excellent communication skills that is capable of leading and motivating a team. As Interim Operations Manager you will be overseeing 3 services within the Birmingham area. You will assist the home managers as well as be a representative of finance, purchasing and quality. You will have experience of working as a senior manager within the care sector.

Job Requirements:
• Troubleshooting in a select number of services across the Region.
• Staff management/appraisals/Training
• Budgets/care plans/reviews/meetings
• Multi-site management.
• Working in Elderly Care

Skills/ Qualifications:
• Previous experience in multi-site management.
• Ability to manage a region
• Nursing pin – preferred – not essential
• Show good proof of previous working relationships
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
• NVQ Level 5 or equivalent
