Position: Home Manager (Nurse Qualified)
Location: Tiptree, Essex
Salary: Up to £65K dependant on experience
Service: Medium sized elderly nursing home - Requires Improvement

Amber Mace is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Manager to work within a medium sized nursing home located between Colchester and Chelmsford. The home provides residential and nursing care to assist the elderly, and those living with Dementia. The service currently requires improvement with CQC, so you will ideally have a proven track record in improving challenging services.
As Home Manager, you will draw upon your existing expertise and leadership skills. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the home. Your key responsibilities will centre around management of staff, care delivery to residents, recruitment, training and ensuring that the home is run in accordance with company and CQC policies. In return, my client is able to offer an excellent salary of up to £65K amongst additional employee benefits.
Job Requirements:
• Overall management of the home
• Experience with elderly/dementia
• Have a positive attitude towards improving Standards of Care.
• Possess good, strong leadership skills and works well as part of a team.
• Have a strong personality and the desire to succeed
Skills/ Qualifications:
• Elderly / Dementia experience
• Nursing PIN

This role would be suitable for a clinical lead, deputy manager, or home manager.
