Job Title: Registered Home Manager
Location: Weston-super-Mare
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)
Are you an experienced Registered Home Manager with a passion for providing exceptional care to elderly residents? Do you possess a nursing PIN and a successful track record in managing nursing homes? If so, we have the perfect role for you based in Weston-super-mare.
Amber Mace is working on behalf of a well-established and reputable nursing home dedicated to providing high-quality care to the residents.
As the Registered Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the team and ensuring the delivery of outstanding care to the residents. You will be responsible for the overall management and administration of the nursing home, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide leadership and direction to the care team, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
-Oversee all aspects of the nursing home's operations, including budget management and resource allocation.
-Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and standards.
-Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care.
-Recruit, train, and mentor staff members to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
-Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and the local community.
Qualifications and Experience:
-A valid Nursing PIN is essential.
-Proven managerial experience within a nursing home setting.
-Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and a commitment to maintaining compliance.
-Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
-A passion for delivering person-centered care.
-The ability to drive excellence in care delivery and staff development.
