Salary: £31k
Location: Bicester, Leicester and Coventry
Hours: 40hrs per week

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate, self-motivated and experienced Trainer to join a highly reputable, established and rapidly expanding provider of luxury care homes within the Midlands.

If you are passionate about delivering high quality training and want to be part of one of the UK’s most exciting providers within the care home sector, who are going from strength to strength focusing on their growth and quality of care, then this role is for you!

The role requires you to work across four services and will work closely with the Registered Managers to have a good overall picture of training needs in all the services. As a Regional Trainer you will be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of staff training including carrying out induction, refresher and specialist training to all homes on a rotational basis. As part of the wider training team, your experience in a similar role will be called upon for new ideas to continue to develop our training programmes.

A positive character will be a key part of inspiring, motivating and engaging the team members to further their own learning and development. If, like us, training and development is at the forefront of your ethos, and you can deliver first-class training that gives our care teams the ability to put new skills into practice straight away, we would love to hear from you to discuss this exciting opportunity further.

What we need from you:
• You would have already achieved your QCF level 3 as a minimum, Train the Trainer or the Award in Education & Training (previously known as PTLLS).
• They need to know how to devise training courses, assist with the compliance in the region and manage the training based on the compliance needs.
• Have excellent knowledge of the CQC regulations and a genuine passion for delivering the highest standard of training.
• Have the experience of delivering training to multiple sites.
• Full UK driving license and access to own car
• Have the ability to write and deliver new and exciting courses relevant to the health & social care sector.
• Be able to plan ahead ensuring all new or changes to legislation are included in all courses and updates.

This is a full time permanent position, with a fantastic company who promote within and encourage their staff to reach their full potential. Continuous training and support will be provided, and you will have a fantastic Senior Management Team to work alongside to continuously improve the training where possible to ensure all new employees are well educated in their role to enable them to deliver the best possible care.
